    **Service Project Managers c** onduct all relevant project management activities for various kinds of service projects with an internal focus to meet respective project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality. Specifically, you will manage the ongoing project requirements to sustain the Siemens Corporate Access Control (SCAC) project (utilizing the SiPass access control system) as it deploys across the United States.

    As a Service Project Manager for this project, you will:

    COMMISSION NEW SITES

    + Receive completed load charts.

    + Add new ACC panel, FLN Buss, Door Controllers, Readers, Input and output devices.

    + Add required access levels for each set or group of doors.

    + Add time schedules required for doors requiring lock / unlock during business hours.

    + Assist by phone on site technician with equipment installation and testing.

    ADMINISTER EXISTING SITES AND THE SYSTEM SERVER

    + Run Firmware Upgrades to ACC’s and devices.

    + Apply SiPass hotfixes to the system.

    + Run Database /Audit Trail backups.

    + Alert remote sites of issues that may be arising from live Audit Trail.

    + Program new doors and readers.

    + Assist with running audit trail / cardholder reports.

    + Decommission sites that are no longer active.

    + Remove card holder access levels, delete all devices, FLN’s, and ACC

    + Restart SiPass Services on Server or Restart Server as needed.

    + Assist onsite technicians with troubleshooting and reprogramming.

    + Update software components/applications as needed and directed by cyber security via Vurious reports.

    You will make an impact with these qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:

    + High School graduate or GED

    + Ability to travel up to 10% if required

    + Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations

    + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Intermediate to advanced level of hands-on experience with the installation and maintenance of access control systems, with SiPass experience

    + Experience in the administration of all aspects of SiPass operations, from new site commissioning to existing site maintenance to server upkeep

    + Demonstrated ability to work remotely through VPN connections
