Unity House of Troy is seeking a Housing Liaison to join our Domestic Violence Housing Support Services team. This role provides case management and housing support to survivors of domestic violence in our permanent housing program.
What You’ll Do:
+ Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
+ Deliver ongoing case management for program participants.
+ Connect participants with essential community resources and support services.
+ Ensure compliance with housing regulations and funding requirements.
+ Take part in a rotating on-call schedule (including some nights/weekends).
+ Contribute to a workplace culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Qualifications:
+ Preferred: Bachelor’s degree + 2 years’ related experience.
+ Required: HS diploma/GED + 3 years’ experience in human services or domestic violence support.
+ Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
+ Familiarity with HUD/federal housing regulations is a plus.
