How you create impact

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global Sea Logistics Pricing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive pricing solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in executing the global pricing process, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis.

+ Deliver comprehensive pricing packages in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

+ Manage and execute the global pricing process, enhancing alignment and knowledge sharing across teams

+ Analyze data from multiple sources to develop complex pricing models that reflect margins and total spend

+ Ensure execution and adherence to the global pricing process

+ Review and analyze assigned RFQs, flagging any special requirements

+ Lead the launch of directly controlled RFQs and ensure timely completion

+ Conduct data quality checks prior to final RFQ submission

+ Provide accurate and timely responses to global RFQs

+ Maintain and update bunker formulas and rate indices

+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of statistical reporting within assigned areas

+ Maintain data integrity in TQT and SeaTender databases

What we would like you to bring

+ 5–10 years of experience in sea logistics pricing, including LCL and FCL for both import and export

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel

+ Demonstrated leadership with a focus on strategic execution and operational alignment

+ Strong business acumen in planning, pricing strategy, and data-driven decision-making

+ Skilled in navigating complex challenges and managing risk with confidence

+ Proven ability to foster collaborative, high-performing teams built on trust and support

+ Analytical thinker with resilience under pressure and a commitment to driving profitability

+ Excellent communicator with advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written skills

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
