Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing SAP data coordination and updates for design changes to complex parts and assemblies. This involves analyzing engineering data and other related data for the Product Delivery Process (PDP). You will utilize the engineering change process to create, coordinate, and maintain complex Bills of Material, Material Masters, and part attribute data in SAP and PDMLink Enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

+ Audit and process various request forms related to specifications.

+ Act as a liaison and consultant to provide feedback affecting specification and decision activities.

+ Serve as a specification representative for project teams.

+ Conduct specification audits and monitor Engineering changes to ensure data integrity and uniformity.

+ Coordinate implementation decisions of inter-factory decision changes.

+ Facilitate required multi-discipline meetings, record and publish meeting minutes.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a consistent pattern for adopting specifications.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in data entry, customer service, and order entry.

+ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in engineering, customer service, or data analytics is helpful.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt; experience with SAP is beneficial.

Work Environment

The position offers a flexible Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or overtime, totaling 40 hours per week. This role promotes a balanced work-life dynamic, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Dubuque, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.32 - $19.32/hr.
