ONE OF THE LARGEST ECOMMERCE COMPANIES IS SEEKING A QUALIFIED HR SPECIALIST! THIS POSITION WIL BE 100% ONSITE IN SEATTLE, WA.
Job Description: Join our team as an HR Event Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in the Executive Development and Culture team . This position focuses on managing and executing global development summits, contributing to the internal culture through impactful events. The role requires an operations and events professional with a keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels. You will ensure these internal events align with business objectives while fostering a sense of community and recognizing achievements.
Responsibilities
+ Support operations across multiple development programs.
+ Manage in-person immersion summits.
+ Track participants, manage data, and handle simulation requests.
+ Book spaces and plan future events, ensuring correct summit assignment.
+ Provide operational support for the Day 1 leader program.
+ Contribute to other programs as needed in cases of illness or attrition.
+ Provide onsite event support occasionally (5-10 events in 2026).
Essential Skills
+ Experience delivering cross-functional projects.
+ Experience managing, planning, and organizing events of all sizes.
+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
+ Comfortable manipulating data.
+ 2+ years of program management/event management experience in the HR field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
