Job Title: Global Support Team Representative
Experience Level: Entry Level
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Support Team Representative to join our support operations. This role involves managing email-based support tickets related to equipment returns for our global customer base, including clients in India and Brazil. You will be responsible for creating RMAs, generating return shipping labels, and ensuring timely case resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding the status of equipment returns.
+ Create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and generate return shipping labels.
+ Accurately close support cases and maintain documentation.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient return logistics.
+ Utilize ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track support cases.
Required Skills:
+ Excellent written communication and email etiquette.
+ Strong customer service and help desk experience.
+ Ability to navigate and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
+ Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes.
+ Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience creating RMAs and shipping/return labels.
+ Experience in e-commerce or logistics support.
+ Understanding of global customer service practices, particularly in India and Brazil.

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
