    Description

    The primary role of the position is responsible for working closely with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team to build connectivity across functions and drive necessary change across enterprise.

     

    + Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coach, train and influence change management at Enterprise level.

    + Highly collaborative relationship building skills with various internal and external stakeholders.

    + Must demonstrate a high sense of urgency to influence to drive change management across enterprise.

    + Team builder who can align individuals' competencies to key initiatives and drive successful outcomes.

    + Supports design, facilitation, implementation, and integration of IBP processes.

    + Support alignment of best practices, guardrails, appropriate tools, and system to establish IBP in enterprise.

    + Drive change management related initiatives, ensure appropriate communication in place and support adoption. This position requires the strong ability to communicate complex ideas, inspire others, build strong relationships, and display high energy in all contexts.

    + Responsible for creating and benchmarking against IBP best practices, both internally and externally.

    + Develop organizational change management initiatives tied to core project and process improvement, development, and deployment.

    + Ability to create onboarding assets, which will be utilized by the regions and brands.

    + Provide perspective on internal metrics and data tools that will create a standard to ensure IBP consistency and standardization across the ELC landscape.

    + Hold office hours to facilitate one⁃on⁃one communication and support to global teams, will also be a constant resource to regions and brands.

    + Monitor and administer overall rollout of IBP to the regions and brands, with a focus on sequencing and prioritization to ensure effectiveness of the program.

    + Align rollout schedule to larger transformation project (APEX), making sure there is a constant forum for communication between teams.

    + Will develop standardized templates that will be used by all regions and brands.

    + Track and monitor business outcomes that are enabled by IBP.

    + Constantly engage with regional teams for internal benchmarking to ensure change is occurring throughout.

    + Constantly monitor that the internal processes are being followed and improved, allowing for the IBP process to be properly run.

    Qualifications

    + Strong understanding of IBP as well as implementation and change agent experience

    + Experience in navigating highly matrixed and complex organizations operating in multi⁃region, multi⁃brand and multi⁃channel environments

    + Proven ability to lead large and complex change⁃management initiatives

    + Strong leadership skills and constantly drives for results

    + Team player with ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, ambiguous environment

    + Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

    + Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing

    + Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving and comfort with quantitative analysis

    + Proven record of leadership and experience managing teams and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    + Expertise in driving rapid and successful transformations across key strategic groups

    + Ability to coach and counsel members of the broader organization through large scale rollouts

    + Has previous experience in designing KPI dashboards that track overall progress

    + Skilled in managing through highly complex, matrixed organizations

    + Preferably previously worked for a fast⁃moving consumer brand, luxury and beauty experience are a plus
