    • Location: Rolling Meadows, IL | 💼 Department: Finance

     

    Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We’re looking for a Financial Analyst I who’s eager to make an impact through accurate financial reporting, smart analysis, and a focus on continuous improvement.

     

    In this role, you’ll support financial and business performance, risk management, and compliance efforts across the division — ensuring we meet international financial reporting standards (IFRS), government regulations, and Bill 198/Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

     

    •What You’ll Do

    + Manage general accounting activities — including cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, expense reports, and general ledger transactions.

    + Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and monthly financial reports.

    + Support month-end and year-end close processes in compliance with IFRS standards.

    + Create financial results presentations and cost analyses with insights and improvement recommendations.

    + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

    + Maintain proper controls, segregation of duties, and safeguard company assets.

    + Lead or participate in internal and external audits.

    + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    + Partner with other departments to support business initiatives with data-driven insights.

    •What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).

    + CPA designation or active pursuit (preferred).

    + 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; IFRS exposure a plus.

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

    + A hands-on, detail-oriented approach and the ability to meet deadlines.

    •️Working Environment

    + Primarily office-based with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor.

    + Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and wear appropriate PPE as needed.

    We offer COMPETITIVE Total Rewards- Starting salary for this position is $65,000 – $72,000 with, compensation for hours worked over 45, paid time off (PTO), employee incentive bonus program, comprehensive benefits (including health, dental vision and employee assistance program), a wellness reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, annual paid volunteer day off, 401K with employer match and optional employee share purchase program and more!!! 25% travel is required (domestic and international)
