The Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management - Innovation, will be responsible for supporting revenue growth initiatives around innovation through data analysis, insights generation, and strategic recommendations the innovation portfolio. Working under the guidance of the Senior Manager, RGM Analytics, this role focuses on analyzing pricing, promotions, and product performance to uncover opportunities that drive profitability and growth for Innovation.
Responsibilities Include:
+ Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and uncover revenue growth opportunities.
+ Provide data-driven recommendations on PPA, pricing and promotion strategies and optimize revenue and profitability with new innovations.
+ Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders post launch.
+ Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, industry dynamics, and consumer behavior to support revenue growth initiatives.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain, to align on revenue optimization goals.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of analytics.
+ Curious with critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and with ambiguity.
+ Effective communicator, able to articulate and present recommendations to brand and innovation teams.
