CTG is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to drive high-impact projects for our client, a leading financial institution. This role supports division and Bank-wide strategic objectives, improves risk management, and ensures operational efficiency.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Duration:** 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage critical, cross-functional initiatives and projects.
+ Define project scope, approach, and resources; monitor progress and deliverables.
+ Analyze complex data, develop materials, and present findings to senior management.
+ Influence stakeholders, address challenges, and drive actionable solutions.
+ Directly or indirectly manage teams of up to 20 staff.
+ Ensure adherence to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
+ Support audit and regulatory requirements and maintain compliance.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Proven experience managing strategic initiatives or complex projects in a financial services environment.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Experience with risk management and regulatory compliance preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
