CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a highly experienced SAP ECC FICO Analyst to deliver, configure, and support Finance & Controlling solutions. The role involves end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, production support, and collaboration with global Finance and cross-functional teams.

**Job Title:** IT Sr. Analyst – SAP ECC FICO
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
_Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Charlotte, NC_
**Pay Rate:** Based on experience
**Work Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm
**Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design, configure, and deploy SAP FICO solutions (FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, Consolidation; CO: Cost Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA, Profit Center)
+ Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, HR) to capture requirements and ensure system alignment
+ Provide production support via ServiceNow, manage tickets, enhancements, and month-end closing activities
+ Handle Idoc processing, Vertex tax integration, Incident Management, and Change Requests
+ Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and document solutions & SOPs
+ Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom coding and debugging
+ Manage job scheduling and troubleshoot job failures (financial postings, settlement runs, payment runs, billing jobs)
+ Develop, update, and maintain RICEF objects and perform system validation after refresh
Required Qualifications:
+ 10+ years SAP ECC FICO experience (Finance & Controlling), including OTC (SD) support
+ 5+ years leading FICO solution design for full life cycle projects
+ Experience in supply chain process design and DevOps teams
+ Strong team player with cross-cultural collaboration skills
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (12+ years work experience; 6+ years if Associate’s)
