We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Sales Enablement & Prospecting Specialist for our Fredericksburg location.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
+ Receive and review marketing-generated leads for accuracy and completeness, and enrich data by using D&B Hoovers, RightBound, LinkedIn, and other approved tools.
+ Segment leads into targeted prospecting lists for your use as well as field sales personnel.
+ Utilize ConnectAndSell for outbound prospecting calls. Qualify those prospects and and provide all necessary information to Sales Team where appropriate.
+ Track outreach activities and outcomes to ensure visibility and accountability.
+ Refine outreach strategies and messaging by collaborating with Sales Leadership.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate’s background will include:
+ High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, lead research, inside sales or related role.
+ Superior oral and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated experience and success in telephone prospecting, including experience with outbound calling platforms like ConnectAndSell.
+ Proficiency with D&B Hoovers, LinkedIn, and other B2B research tools.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
+ SAP experience preferred.
+ Physical attendance at the worksite as required.
