The US Data Integrity team comprises over 50 employees across multiple geographies. Our team enhances the value of IQVIA’s syndicated offerings by serving as a trusted partner to our clients. We provide expertise, timely insights & solutions, enabling clients to appropriately use our data to formulate better business decisions.
Principle Accountabilities:
+ Analyzes & responds to complex queries raised by clients using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA syndicated offerings (data), ensuring a comprehensive and timely response via remote client access
+ Provides additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues, identifies customized solutions
+ Independently leads online meetings and discussions (both internally & externally) related to project work/data analytics
+ Runs standard queries for data extraction
+ Routinely and independently completes complex and multi-faceted quantitative analysis and research to gain more in-depth understanding of trends
+ Utilizes various systems/tools to work through issue identification and follow the standard escalation process through resolution
+ Provides formal and written communications both internally and externally regarding issue status and resolution
+ May construct additional reports or tools to assist in analysis
+ Independently completes and/or manages Data Analytics Partnership engagements
+ Creates or contributes to proposals for new client engagements
+ Develops new analytics based on clients’ business needs
+ Independently manages identified data situations cross-functionally to obtain timely resolutions
+ Develops guidance and recommendations for identified data situations
+ May oversee Data Analysts’ workflow and analytics results, and synthesize for client presentations
+ May have direct reporting responsibilities and mentor others
+ May establish and implement novel processes based on new data and offerings
+ Identifies ways to improve and streamline business operations, driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field(s)
+ Proficiency using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI)
+ Knowledge of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of the marketplace
+ Deep understanding of IQVIA data and methodologies
+ Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of the IQVIA business
+ Minimum 5-8 years' experience with data analysis
+ Basic knowledge of SQL a plus, but not required

+ Requires analytical thinking and effective time management skills
+ Ability to clearly summarize complex data analysis & present results to clients
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
+ Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $79,600.00 - $221,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
