    A little about the position: Outfitter

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Outfitter to join our team.

    Some of What You Will Do:

    + Finish pools; install plumbing, jets skimmers, tile work, grouting pools, cutting and/or grinding excess fiberglass and repairs.

    + Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components.

    + Other duties as assigned.

     

    What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

     

    + 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or production a plus.

    + Ability to read work order, diagram and tape measure.

    + Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands.

    + Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8–12-hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Reliable transportation.

    + Experience operating hand and power tools.

    + Ability to read diagrams and instructions.

    + Experience in tiling or plumbing is preferred.

    + Knowledge of practicing safe workplace practices.

    + Ability to work overtime.
