We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Tester with strong expertise in both functional testing and Playwright-based automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging both manual and automated approaches.

Your role

+ Understand business and technical requirements to design effective test strategies.

+ Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and maintain documentation.

+ Work with Playwright automation framework to:

+ Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.

+ Perform functional testing across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

+ Analyze and synthesize test results, providing clear and actionable feedback.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software.

+ Utilize test management tools such as JIRA, QMetry, Micro Focus ALM, or Octane for tracking and reporting.

+ Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your skills and experience

+ 3–5 years of experience in functional testing.

+ 1 year hands-on experience with Playwright automation.

+ Strong understanding of automation frameworks and scripting.

+ Ability to manage multiple testing efforts concurrently.

+ Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA/QMetry/MF ALM/Octane).

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

+ Preferred Skills

+ Knowledge of Telecom Mobile Domain.

+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
