The Senior Director of Partner Programs will lead change nitiatives to ensure successful adoption and scaling of new program features and processes. The individual will be program minded and have a strong background in setting overall vision and direction for global partner programs

The Senior Director of Partner Programs will represent the organization at industry events, partner summits, and executive forums, shaping market perception and advocating for the company’s partner ecosystem. They will build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders while championing the partner program’s value proposition, ensuring it resonates with target partners and aligns with strategic priorities.
What You'll Do at Pega:
+ Set the vision and strategic direction for global partner programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, market dynamics, and evolving industry trends.
+ Serve as a thought leader and advisor to executive leadership, influencing company-wide strategy for partner ecosystem growth.
+ Lead cross-functional teams—including product, sales, marketing, and operations—to design, launch, and optimize partner program tracks.
+ Establish governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks for all partner program activities.
+ Define and track key performance indicators to ensure program success and continuous improvement.
+ Drive measurable growth in partner-sourced revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction through innovative program initiatives.
+ Maintain a competitive view of the program framework against top competitors by product, region, and engagement model.
Who You Are:
+ 7+ years of related experience in partner program development
+ 12+ years working in the partner channel
+ 5+ years’ experience working in a SaaS sales model – understands sales roles, success metrics, and sales process in this model
+ Strong ability to structure data and analytics support mechanisms with analytical skills in interpreting data to recommending actions
+ Master collaborator, ability to influence and build teamwork
+ Ability to successfully complete change management initiatives demonstrated through experience.
+ Strong written, verbal presentation skills and experience
+ Discretion with sensitive information – treating all as potentially confidential and/or proprietary
+ Proficient in Power BI, Business Objects, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio etc.

+ Ability to communicate complicated information in a clear, concise and actionable manner
+ Well organized; ability to work on several projects simultaneously; ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
+ Relationships with channel press and analysts
+ Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure
+ High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
