    The Admissions Shift Lead is the superhero behind smooth, safe, and seamless entry for every guest! You’ll be the go-to leader on the floor, keeping things running like clockwork, managing queues, and making sure every visitor leaves with a smile.

     

    This role is perfect for someone energizing, detail-oriented, and guest-obsessed— a natural leader who loves coaching a team, solving problems on the fly, and turning busy days into unforgettable experiences. You’ll lead by example, jump into host positions when needed, and make sure every shift is fun, efficient, and full of guest magic! ✨

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee smooth operation of all departments including Admissions, Attractions, Food and Beverage, and Retail.

    + Delegate and monitor daily assignments for front-line staff.

    + Lead and motivate team members to be guest-obsessed and provide exemplary service.

    + Uphold all health and safety policies and ensure compliance across the team.

    + Manage queues and guest flow safely and efficiently during high-traffic periods.

    + Respond promptly and professionally to guest issues, collaborating with other departments as needed.

    + Organize and deliver host training in areas such as ride safety, food safety, profit protection, and retail standards; maintain training records.

    + Empower team members to deliver outstanding customer service, including guest recovery when required.

    + Evaluate workforce performance and provide coaching or escalate as needed.

    + Support the department in training, stocking, inventory control, employee engagement, and scheduling when not duty managing.

    + Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.

    Education and Experience:

    + 🎓 High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.

    + 🎢 Minimum six months experience in attractions, entertainment, or other guest-facing service roles.

    + 💪 Experience leading or training team members effectively.

    + 🗣️ Excellent communication and motivational skills, with a fun, outgoing approach to interacting with others.

    + 🌟 Passion for entertaining children and families and deliveringexceptional guest experiences.

    + 💻 Comfortable working in office and point-of-sale systems; organized and detail-oriented.

    + ⚡ Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of maintaining high standardsin a fast-paced environment.
