As a **Group Leader-Assembly Electronic Tech** here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of skilled technicians in the assembly of electronic components, ensuring high-quality production standards and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.

In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell by enhancing production capabilities, improving product quality, and leading a high-performing team dedicated to meeting customer demands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead and mentor a team of assembly technicians to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.

+ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive process improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

+ 2 year degree in AC/DC Electronics.

+ Strong knowledge of electronic assembly processes and quality control standards.

+ Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.

+ Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment relevant to electronic components.

+ Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
