s a Machine Operator Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating machinery and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in manufacturing and contribute to the production of high-quality products. You will report directly to our Sr. ISC Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Palmetto, FL location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations, ensuring that materials are handled safely and effectively, which in turn supports our production goals and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ 1st shift 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday

+ Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Knowledge of machine operation and basic maintenance.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

+ Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

WE VALUE

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
