We are seeking an experienced Online Community Manager to lead Knowable Community, our internal online collaboration hub and knowledge sharing platform.
The part time Online Community Manager will be responsible for positioning Knowable Community within the company's broader learning and engagement portfolio, driving adoption across the organization, and ensuring the platform serves as a go-to resource for information exchange and collaboration. This role will focus on strategic community growth while maintaining the day-to-day health and engagement of the platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Work with group owners and subject matter experts to curate and expand content that supports organizational knowledge sharing and retention goals. Analyze community usage data and member feedback to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends that inform platform strategy.
+ Partner with IT stakeholders and manage the vendor relationship to recommend platform enhancements, UX improvements, and integration opportunities with relevant business systems.
+ Engage directly with community members by responding to questions, onboarding and training new users, and fostering connections between teams and individuals.
+ Monitor community health through performance metrics and adjust engagement strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience managing online communities or collaboration platforms, with a track record of driving user adoption and engagement. They should be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across an organization, analyzing data to inform decisions, and thinking strategically about how a community platform connects to broader business goals. Technical fluency to evaluate platform capabilities and recommend improvements is important, as is the ability to create or curate content that serves community needs.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Bachelor's degree and 5-6 years of experience in community management, digital collaboration platforms, knowledge management, or a related field.
+ Experience working across multiple functions or disciplines in a mid-to-large organization.
+ Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and drive adoption of digital tools or platforms.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and present to groups.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience with Verint Community software or similar online community platforms.
+ Track record of building networks of advocates or champions to support platform adoption.
+ Experience training or mentoring others in community management practices.
+ Familiarity with analyzing community metrics to inform engagement strategies.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
