Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Works as an integral and contributing member of the engineering leadership team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
+ Provides seamless administrative and strategic support to the engineering Director and the engineering leadership team, including managing complex calendars, expenses, logistics, and shifting priorities
+ Coordinate and prepare materials and presentations, catering and room set up for meetings, and other events, including engineering leadership team meetings at other U.S. sites
+ Support onboarding of new team members including user accounts, asset assignment, office set-up and ordering of supplies, ensuring a strong first impression and seamless integration.
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
+ Order office supplies, new/replacement IT equipment, and submit facilities/maintenance requests on behalf of the team
+ Provide support for special projects and initiatives
+ Arranges business travel and associated expenses, making recommendations to improve efficiencies relative to schedules and budget.
+ Organizes and maintains confidential files and records.
+ Maintains a safe work environment and ensures compliance with safety objectives and policies.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Must be highly skilled in office automation tools, such as the Microsoft Office suite of products, as well as meeting connectivity tools.
+ Highly skilled in creating and updating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
+ Highly skilled in data processing utilizing Microsoft Excel.
+ Must be able to be proactive, anticipate needs, and work with minimal supervision.
+ This role requires a high degree of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgement.
+ Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally with employees and external contacts at all levels and including senior management. This role will also operate as part of an administrative team, ensuring seamless leadership team coverage and support as required.
+ The ability to multitask and plan and organize in a fast-paced environment is critical.
+ The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of business practices and procedures, including compliance to company policies
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $62210 - $99535
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
