What will you be doing?
The Strategic Program Manager is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, is well-organized, and understands the various components to implementing solutions for the customer, from initiation to business value realization. She or he works with strategic customers to position, scope and oversee the delivery of services that accelerate the deployment and adoption of WWT ATC Lab Services solutions. Client engagement and relationship building is critical to program success.
The Strategic Program Manager works with Sales and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are validated and understood and confirm the overall Program Project Plan and Statement of Work (SoW) align with customer goals & objectives. He or she establishes program structure based on agreed governance and process, is responsible for mitigating risks & issues, providing estimated timelines for key program milestone deliverables, aligning resources, overseeing the program budget, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities:
+ Owns and manages customer Lab Stakeholder relationships. Serves as single point of contact for all customer interactions related to multiple Lab Programs. Creates and maintains clear, concise, timely internal communications, including engagement status, open issues, risks, and actions to team members, sponsors, and stakeholders
+ Supports Pre-Sales services efforts with multiple customers, and facilitates detailed customer requirements scoping, as needed
+ Applies established Governance Model processes, standards, and tools while creating/maintaining a highly collaborative environment for cross-functional sales and delivery teams
+ Owns overall Program Plan
+ Ensures multiple program deliverables are completed on schedule and milestones are met with respect to agreed Change Management
+ Manages constraints and dependencies; identifies and mitigates risks and issues
+ Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Program Status Reports & Management Dashboards as agreed with Stakeholders
+ Driving and motivating the team through the entire engagement lifecycle
+ Resolves lab engagement delivery issues in a timely fashion
+ Assists all team members in prioritizing workflow
+ Owns client Stakeholder management and engagement communications
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree Related Field required
+ PMI and/or Scrum Master certification preferred
+ Travel required quarterly 5-10%
Work Experience:
+ Minimum ten years of relevant experience with planning and leading programs/multiple projects
+ Three or more years of relevant experience in a PMO or Program Office
+ Five years’ relevant experience leading teams to deliver technology programs
+ Experience working with Enterprise customer stakeholders
+ Expertise across program management and delivery methodologies based on PMI/ _PMBOK_ ® industry standard best practices and methods of working
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
+ PMI and/or Scrum Master certification preferred
+ Proficient in MS Office Product Suite, MS Project, JIRA or other project planning tools
+ Analytical skills to model KPIs and other metrics to monitor health and financials of Global Accounts Lab Programs
+ Management experience with Program/Project Managers with focus on team building
+ Passion for learning and educating others on Lab Governance, Best Practices, and Methods of Working
+ Management of Lab Program Financials
+ Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence others and implement change

+ Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of base salary range. Total compensation for this role includes a base plus commission. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is $100,000-125,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
