**About the Role** :

The Fiber Construction Project Manager will manage construction fiber builds from launch through placement. They will coordinate all interdepartmental teams that have tasks on the order and work with internal teams to ensure that any necessary tasks are updated and project remains on track.

What You'll Do:

+ Manage the end-to-end placement process. This includes coordination with the internal teams, management of OSP resources for timely completion of facility readiness, coordination with Local Ops, etc.

+ Manage complex fiber builds, working closely with internal departments while building strong and healthy relationships to ensure continuity of workflow and attainment of our committed due dates and departmental goals.

+ Ability to contribute equally as an individual contributor or in a team environment

+ Experience in working directly with customers and the ability to speak with customers in a professional and empathetic manner

+ A solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the telecommunications sector is highly beneficial

+ Management of Contractor experience

**Minimum Requirements** : College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
