    Essential Criteria:

    + Associate's degree in Administration, or prior work experience preferred.

    + Proven organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

    + Good interpersonal skills

    + Strong motivational aptitude

    + Possess good oral and written communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Sound decision making

    + Ability to help move the overall department goals forward

    + Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Manages the Internship program for Application Engineering by providing performance feedback to participants and directing the workload.

    + Provide executive administrative support for the director and management team.

    + Manage required departmental reports. (Helps determine what reports are required, works with IS for automation, runs, and distributes as required).

    + Coordinate Manager Meetings, including agenda, minutes, scheduling, and facilitating in the absence of the Director.

    + Organize departmental functions (meetings, training, outings, etc.)

    + Serve as a liaison between production and application engineering groups to decide the timing for which projects must be sent to production.

    + Reconcile structural billings and coordinate with accounting to code charges.

    + Assist with the creation and organization of training materials.
