Responsibilities:

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures of electrical and gasoline golf cars, industrial vehicles, and turf vehicles in the field\.

* Perform product deliveries, retrievals, and set\-ups to provide continuity of service and maintenance of accounts\.

* Proactively manage service schedule and communicate changes with customers to maintain peak efficiency and highest possible customer satisfaction\.

* Produce accurate, reliable, and timely information for all necessary work orders, parts orders, delivery reports, timesheets, and other paperwork as required\.

* Communicate sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate parties including the service manager, technical representative, or designated sales professional\.

* Manage and maintain all assigned company equipment to include inventory, tools, assigned company vehicle and/or trailer\.

* Able to train new employees to ensure they are well\-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge\.

* Comply with all state and local laws while operating company vehicle\.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, technical certification/diploma preferred\.Years of Experience: 6 years of mechanical experience, previous experience servicing golf cars preferred\.Ability to pass E\-Z\-GO Platinum Diagnostic Certification\.Must possess a valid driver’s license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet and DOT policies\.
