Role Overview

**Sodexo** is driving sustainable business growth through an ambitious Azure public cloud transformation. Our goal is to modernize infrastructure platforms and enterprise applications using cutting-edge Azure services and technologies. This program ensures strong alignment and collaboration between Business and IS&T stakeholders.

We are seeking a **Cloud Platform Automation & Integration Architect** to join our dedicated North American Cloud Architecture team.

This is a **remote role** , with a preference for candidates residing in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

What You'll Do

+ Architect, design, develop, and troubleshoot cloud automation solutions across hybrid cloud environments.

+ Collaborate with global teams (Infrastructure, Security, Network, Enterprise, Application & Data) to ensure secure, compliant deployments aligned with Sodexo standards.

+ Design and implement automation roadmaps for infrastructure lifecycle management.

+ Utilize tools like ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep, and PowerShell to automate provisioning and configuration.

+ Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

+ Integrate Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices into development lifecycles for consistent deployments.

+ Implement security best practices, including MFA, encryption, and network security.

+ Create technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

+ Mentor DevOps engineers and promote global automation standards.

+ Stay current with Azure technologies and recommend improvements to automation and DevOps practices.

What You Bring

+ **Expertise in Azure Cloud Automation Architecture** with ability to design and implement infrastructure code.

+ 5+ years in automation/software development architecture and 10+ years in DevOps or software development roles.

+ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps in Agile/Scrum environments.

+ Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (PowerShell, Bicep, ARM templates, Azure CLI).

+ Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools, version control (Git), and job execution tools.

+ Strong knowledge of complex IT ecosystems, ITIL processes, and cloud architecture.

+ Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

+ Flexibility to adapt to new technologies quickly.
