    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Post and manage job openings, screen candidates, facilitate phone/video interviews, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.

    + Respond to employees' HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

    + Coordinate meetings with executives to discuss HR initiatives, policies, and compliance updates.

    + Manage Group Health Insurance, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment Benefits programs.

    + Research, monitor, and update federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

    + Maintain and update employee manuals, HR documentation, and personnel records.

    + Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, assess performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement; prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.

    + Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future performance.

    + Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, performance evaluation, and outcome projections.

    + Provide strategic support by delivering analytical insights that inform key business and investment decisions.

    + Assess financial risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional departments to collect and verify financial data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.

    + Perform other HR and finance-related tasks as assigned.

     

    Requirements & Qualifications

     

    + Bilingual in Korean and English (Native proficiency in Korean required)

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

    + Motivated self-starter and strong team player

    + Highly Preferred:

    + Experience with QuickBooks and tax management

    + Financial background or relevant work experience in finance or accounting
