    Position Summary: To provide clinical supervision to team members who are part of interdisciplinary team of mental and addiction clinicsEssential Accountabilities:

    + Provide clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team members to assure effective and appropriate clinical services are being provided.

    + manage day to day operations of clinic.

    + Provide direct care services by carrying caseload, perform intakes and facilitating individual and group sessions.

    + Assist in leading team meetings to review new, high risk and current cases.

    + Monitor paperwork to assure OMH and OASAS guidelines are being met.

    + Provide crisis intervention as needed.

    + Coordinate care with other services/agencies.

    + Complete timely documentation in electronic health record.

    + Maintain 42CFR, HIPPA and HIV confidentiality on all current and former patients of the agency.

    + Obtain and maintain certifications and required licenses.

    + Attend agency mandated trainings.

    + Perform additional tasks as assigned by Program Director

    Job Qualifications

    + LCSW, LMHC or LMSW, LMHC-D with related MASTER’S degree.

    + Candidate Must have 3 years experience working in field of mental health and substance abuse

    + Must have knowledge of OMH and OASAS regulations.
