**Job Location** : Altamonte Springs, FL
The role you will contribute:
Responsible for investigating, researching, reporting, and providing guidance on human capital strategies to enhance cross-functional initiatives. This position leads process improvement and project management activities to ensure people-centered strategies align with current and future growth projections. Additionally, this role consistently communicates and reports project status to the leadership team with detailed and accurate information. In addition, this position identifies strategic issues, recommends organizational changes, and collaborates with other leaders to implement necessary changes. Ensures effective liaison between executives, business partners, and leaders, assisting in the ranking and escalation of critical needs/issues.

Manages multiple highly complex projects with business unit impact.
Works independently on projects or leads cross-functional teams and collaborates with support and operational leaders.
Coordinates resources for strategic projects and initiatives, delegating project tasks to appropriate individuals as needed.
Creates comprehensive work plans, ensuring key project components are in place, such as setting up appropriate project organization, a clear statement of requirements and benefits, planning and scheduling project activities, controlling the execution of project plans, managing risk and quality, and change control.
Attends key meetings and creates processes to track deliverables across multiple stakeholders for key strategic projects and initiatives.
Other duties as assigned. Manages business unit transfer projects of team members as needed by the business.
Designs, develops, and implements analyses of complex business situations, including performance, strategies, systems, and solutions.
Communicates performance updates to executive and senior leadership in verbal, written, or presentation format.
Serves as a conduit of information and communication among HR leaders and departments throughout the development life cycle of new strategies.
Creates a central repository of key data and documents to support transparency and sharing across key stakeholders.
Identifies, researches, analyzes, reports, and provides solutions for short-term and long-term human capital strategies.
Prepares materials and presentations for senior HR leadership to advance the organization to key stakeholders
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Bachelors Degree in business administration, Health Administration, Business, or another related field
2 years of experience in project management, change management, and/or strategy
2 years of healthcare experience
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, as demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail
Ability to manage resources for strategic projects
Excellent communication skills with all levels of leadership, management, and staff; particularly the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all audiences
Advanced ability to interact with and influence senior leaders
Ability to interpret financial and statistical information derived from various organizational reports
Ability to manage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across departments and business units
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Overall strong technical proficiency and willingness to learn and apply new technology or processes
Analytical ability to apply theories, principles, and practices of multiple disciplines for problem resolution
Ability to respond to stressful situations in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner, and to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.
Exhibits an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude toward change; shows flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity and varying company culture
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree
2 years of Leadership experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Teams
Knowledge of planning and managing budgets
Ability to research and write business cases
Lean Bronze Certification
SHRM Certified Professional
Project Management Institute (PMI)
Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]
