Job Requirements:

10+ years of experience in manufacturing

10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing

Organizational skills.

Computer skills, i.e. experience in excel, word, PDF

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good follow through skills

Goal orientated.

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the safety of the employees in the plant

+ Building production schedules

+ Ensuring production processes stay within budgets and deadlines

+ Reviewing the productivity of manufacturing equipment

+ Planning, coordinating, and controlling all steps in the production process

+ Managing inventory levels

+ Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient production

+ Maintaining matrix's

+ Attending Division and corporate Quality meetings

+ Attending Division and corporate Safety meeting

+ Managing Direct report

+ Ensure that performance documentation is being performed
