    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    Functional Area 1: Recruitment and Onboarding

     

    + Assists Recruiting Coordinator, as necessary with pre-employment, as necessary.

    + Assists with new hire communication and schedule onboarding meetings, as necessary.

    + Assists with new hire processing, as necessary.

    + As requested, may assist with recruiting related events.

     

    Functional Area 2: Benefits Administration

     

    + Customer service for new hires and current employees including:

    + Employee support

    + Education and Training

    + Monthly bills to AP for payment to vendors• File-sends to TPAs, as requested. • Recurring reports and auditing, as requested. • Adjustments and reimbursements, as requested

    Functional Area 3: Leaves of Absence

    • Employee support • Initiating internal HR communication when a new leave is initiated.• Changes in HRIS and other systems.• Collaboration with third party Absence Management Services • Long term disability and short term disability administrative setup.

    Functional Area 4: Prevailing Wage and Payroll

    • Customer service for employees and manager• Weekly meal penalty auditing

    Function Area 5: HRIS and recordkeeping

    • Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs• Customer service related work such as password re-set, answering questions on system use or troubleshooting questions. • Process employment related actions in HRIS (UKG) and related record keeping systems and files. • Use system delivered reports and filters to provide information and resources to business partners, managers, or third-party vendors. • Online HR help desk platform (Zoho Desk)

    Work Environment:

    At Rain for Rent, in-person work at our offices and/or branch locations is a top priority because it allows us to more effectively collaborate, connect, and builds a workplace culture that drives our continued success. This role requires onsite presence at a Rain for Rent office and/or branch location. Except for limited circumstances, remote and/or hybrid options are not offered at this time.
