The Product Manager I will lead strategy and execution across the Collaboration and Workspace Enablement teams. In Collaboration, the Product Manager will support Email and Chat, Group Collaboration, Individual Content Storage and Sharing, Voice Infrastructure and Teams Calling, and Worker-Driven Business Process and Workflow. This role is responsible for aligning these capabilities under a unified vision, engaging stakeholders to set priorities, address challenges, and identify opportunities to support evolving business needs.
In Workspace Enablement, the Product Manager will enable Workspace colleagues through strategic consulting and by establishing and maintaining foundational frameworks for development, automation, and best practices aligned with Enterprise standards. The role ensures proper governance and adoption of citizen development platforms, fostering innovation while maintaining compliance and consistency across the organization.
+ Product Strategy:
+ Partners with a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to understand the product strategy for a lower complexity / sensitivity product.
+ Develops understanding of product strategy in context of the enterprise and business strategies.
+ Responsible for executing against the strategy as part of a product team(s)
+ Product Discovery:
+ Accountable for understanding and defining key business outcomes and requirements for their product.
+ In partnership with PM or Senior PM, identifies opportunities/problems to solve and articulates hypotheses.
+ Leads the product team (design, engineering, and various business roles) in ideating and running experiments.
+ Executes experiments as part of a product team (in partnership with design, engineering, and various business roles).
+ Assesses value of experiments, collaborates to draw out insights, and shares learnings with key partners and stakeholders. Based on learnings, determines which work should be prioritized into the product.
+ Accountable, with Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, for improving or maintaining an effective parallel discovery and delivery model.
+ Product Delivery:
+ Is accountable for success of product delivery in collaboration with technology and non-technology partners.
+ In partnership with other members of a team, work to remove impediments and manage dependencies that the team may face in the pursuit of value creation.
+ Ensures the product team has the business, customer, user, and stakeholder context required to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
+ Collaborates with team to break down work in a manner which frequently releases valuable product changes.
+ Typically plays the role of product owner for SCRUM teams, collaborating on story creation and refinement, definition and success criteria, prioritization, and accepts work as done.
+ Participate in team/agile ceremonies (effective structure & routines).
+ Partner with team members to deliver value with quality.
+ Communicates product releases to stakeholders & partners.
+ Product Assessment:
+ Consults with Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager to ensure every goal-aligned unit of value created by the team(s) is measurable and can show progress towards product goals.
+ Monitors and communicates product health, impact of product releases, and progress against product goals.
+ Responsible for assessment practices of a team(s).
+ Responsible and accountable for meeting product outcomes and if necessary, making enhancements to the go to market strategy, product, etc. to meet them.
+ Stakeholder Management and Communication:
+ Communicates discovery and delivery priorities, results of experiments, quantifiable progress to goals, and delivery health of their product with stakeholders.
+ Communicates effectively as part of the product management team supporting a broader product family or portfolio.
+ Identifies opportunities to improve the product management practice within their sphere of responsibility; and works as part of the product management team to continuously improve.
Who You Are
+ 2+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
+ Prior experience in a product environment and exposure to the Product Manager role.
+ Experience with strategic thinking and decision making in a professional context.
+ Experience with managing multiple workloads and/or competing priorities in a professional context.
+ Experience with stakeholder and relationship management in a professional context.
+ Demonstrated experience leading, influencing, and negotiating in a professional team environment.
+ Demonstrated experience leveraging diverse perspectives and using data to inform action.
+ 1+ year working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with engineering teams and stakeholders
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$81900 - $105000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This position is located in our corporate office in Des Moines, IA, and offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) in Des Moines, IA.
