Customer Relations Associate – Join America’s Traffic Control Leader!

_North Canton, Ohio_ | 6-month contract | _Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM_ | $24.00 an hour

Position Summary

As a **Customer Relations Associate** , you’ll play a vital role in supporting the company’s mission by ensuring billing accuracy, timely invoicing, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

+ Process high volumes of billing data with accuracy and timeliness.

+ Review and resolve billing discrepancies or rejections efficiently.

+ Validate and verify contract agreements to ensure billing compliance.

+ Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

+ Support the collections process by helping secure on-time customer payments.

+ Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

+ Collaborate across departments to improve processes and support team initiatives.

+ Provide general office support and assist with peer training as needed.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.

+ 1+ year of data entry, billing, or related administrative experience.

+ Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written).

+ Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing procedures.

+ Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with **Microsoft Great Plains** and **Salesforce** is a plus.

+ Proactive, outgoing, and confident in interacting with customers and colleagues.
