    Mozaic (The Arc - New York) is searching for an Information Systems Help Desk Technician to join our growing team of professionals!

     

    Join our dynamic Information Systems team and play a vital role in keeping Mozaic connected and secure! In this position, you'll provide essential computer hardware and software support, along with first-level network assistance to our dedicated staff and contractors. You'll collaborate closely with the Systems and Applications Administrator, Director of Information Systems, and other key team members to ensure all technology and applications run smoothly across the organization. Beyond troubleshooting, you'll empower employees and contractors through training on computer use, security best practices, and application knowledge-helping them succeed in their roles and uphold company standards.     Qualifications:

    + High school diploma with at least two (2) years of experience providing hardware and software support to small-to-medium sized companies.

    + Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Active Directory

    + Knowledge of basic networking concepts or theory preferred

    + Experience with computer hardware, laptop hardware, printers and other business technology preferred.

    + Ability to communicate and work effectively within a team environment.

    + Customer Service oriented with the ability to effectively work with teams outside the IT/IS department.

    Schedule: Full Time • Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

     

    Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours

     

    Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00

     

    Locations: Waterloo, Penn Yan, Auburn
