    Lead Conversational AI Architect – Google Cloud / Dialogflow (Hybrid – Auburn Hills, MI)

     

    We’re looking for a hands-on AI Architect to lead design and deployment of advanced chatbot and conversational-AI solutions built on Google Cloud AI services (Dialogflow, Vertex AI, TensorFlow).

     

    This role combines technical architecture with AI solution delivery, designing secure, scalable, and intelligent agents that provide personalized answers from company-approved data sources.

    You’ll:

    + Architect and implement chatbot solutions using Dialogflow, TensorFlow, and GCP services.

    + Integrate NLP/NLU, data connectors, and knowledge bases for dynamic, context-aware responses.

    + Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business leaders to align AI use cases with customer experience goals.

    + Lead MLOps practices to continuously retrain, deploy, and monitor conversational models.

    + Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards (NHTSA, TREAD reporting, etc.).

    Required Skills:

    + 8+ years in AI/ML engineering or architecture, with strong focus on chatbot/NLP solutions.

    + Deep experience with Google Cloud AI, Dialogflow, TensorFlow, Cloud Run, and API integrations.

    + Proficiency in Python, BigQuery, REST APIs, and GCP deployment pipelines.

    + Familiarity with automotive data standards (TREAD, NHTSA).

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Preferred:

    + Experience with AWS or Azure AI stacks.

    + Conversational-UX design understanding.

    + Knowledge of knowledge-graph or reinforcement-learning approaches for chatbot optimization.
