    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute predefined benchmarking test plans using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

    • Collect and organize performance data; assist in basic analysis and visualization using tools like Grafana or custom dashboards.

    • Support the development and maintenance of benchmarking scripts and automation (e.g., Python, Bash).

    • Document test environments, configurations, and outcomes with accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Stay informed about emerging benchmarks and performance testing best practices.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • 0-1 year of experience in software engineering, performance testing, or related technical roles.

    • Basic familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

    • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) through coursework, projects, or internships.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed technical instructions.

    • Eagerness to learn and grow in benchmarking and performance engineering.

    Preferred technical and professional experience

    • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • 1+ year of experience in software engineering, performance testing, or related technical roles.

    • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) or orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.

    • Familiarity with data platforms or distributed systems concepts.
