    Job Description:

    Summary:

    + We are expanding our presence across third-party and industry events, and as part of this growth, we are looking to bring on an additional team member. This role will support our efforts to increase the number of events we attend and strengthen our engagement within the industry. This is a strategic and operational role that sits at the center of client’s event efforts, helping us scale our impact and visibility across the industry.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + 3 to 5 years of Experience.

    + **Top 3 tech skills:** Has experience with all of Atlassian Products, Salesforce.

    + **Top 3 soft skills:** Communication skills, negotiation skills, Organization skills

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    + Coordinating with vendors regarding our presence and logistics at events.

    + Collaborating with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to schedule and plan event participation.

    + Managing attendee lists and ensuring alignment on event content and messaging.

    + Building and maintaining Confluence pages and documentation related to events.

    + Leading event strategy and operations, from planning through execution.

    + Overseeing our presence and representation at events.

    + Managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth coordination.

    + Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across teams to ensure alignment and support
