    What You'll Be Doing

    + Oversee daily scale operations to ensure accurate and efficient weighing of materials.

    + Maintain and troubleshoot scale equipment to minimize downtime.

    + Coordinate with drivers and plant personnel to ensure smooth workflow.

    + Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

    + Generate and manage reports related to scale operations.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling scale operations.

    + Excellent communication and coordination skills.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.

    + Competency in using computer systems and software for reporting.

    + Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    + Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.

    + Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.

    + Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
