    What You'll Be Doing

    + Safely operate a Ready Mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites.

    + Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.

    + Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers.

    + Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned vehicle.

    + Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record.

    + Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

    + Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.

    + Capability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Must meet company and DOT standards for driving and safety compliance.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
