    As our **Production Technician** , you’ll play a key role in building the next generation of oil-free compressors that power energy-efficient and sustainable cooling solutions worldwide

    You’ll collaborate with skilled technicians, engineers, and quality professionals to assemble, test, and deliver world-class products that make a difference in industries and communities across the globe.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Assemble compressor components with precision—positioning and fastening parts using tools such as wrenches, presses, and fastening devices.

    + Operate hydraulic or pneumatic equipment and other production tools to complete mechanical assembly and testing processes.

    + Conduct pressure and functional testing to verify product performance and ensure quality standards are met.

    + Support efficient material handling and preparation activities to maintain production flow.

    + Uphold Danfoss’ commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility by keeping your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with established procedures.

    What We're Looking For

    + **Education & Experience:** High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related mechanical work.

    + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using hand and power tools; familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.

    + **Quality & Safety Mindset:** Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety, environmental, and quality standards.

    + **Problem Solving:** Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor assembly issues and contribute to process improvements.

    + **Collaboration:** A team-oriented approach and clear communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
