    Job Summary

    The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing the Payroll Department and ensuring that the biweekly payroll is timely and accurate Job Duties

     

    + Supervise Payroll Specialists

    + Insure production of bi-weekly payroll within established time frames

    + Prepare payroll tax reports for KidsPeace and all subsidiaries

    + Establish payroll requirements and procedures for new locations

    + Work with or become the Project Manager on various projects involving payroll

    + Responsible for maintaining the ADP Timekeeping system

    + Responsible for maintaining Lawson Payroll application

    + Create and maintain various financial reports using Excel, Lawson and/or ADP

    + Responsible for any year-end preparations involving payroll

    + Work with HR to ensure data integrity

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in related field

    + Minimum 5 years experience in a payroll position

    + Experience in Lawson, ADP Enterprise Timekeeping, BSI Tax Solution

    + Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred
