    About The Role:

    As a CBRE D&T Product Sr. Principal, you will handle the product backlog and prioritize features based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. The responsibilities for this position align with the Product Management job function. They are responsible for the planning, develop, and implementation of products and product extensions during all life cycle stages.

    What You'll Do:

    + Facilitate dialogue between the development team and interested parties.

    + Ensure the product meets all expectations and requirements.

    + Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product requirements and communicate these specifications to the software development group.

    + Work closely with designers, engineers, and business professionals in a collaborative environment to compose strategic, product roadmaps.

    + Identify and define ongoing product features that align with the business strategy.

    + Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders.

    + Actively engage in the Agile process. This includes daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities.

    + Apply mastery level expertise and breadth of knowledge of the job function and the industry. Provide an external thought leadership mentality that impacts industry developments and trends.

    + Showcase a broad and comprehensive expertise in groundbreaking theories, techniques, and technologies within own function and industry.

    + Anticipate business and industry issues and recommend new and innovative ways to respond.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Navigate objections and disagreements. Set the tone for teams to reach an agreement and adopt a different point of view. Negotiate with senior and executive management, customers, regulators, or vendors to influence decisions of visionary and strategic importance.

    + Apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations.

    + Make decisions that drive the direction and resource allocation for functional operations and impact overall business success.

    + Significantly impact the design of policies and procedures. Define the direction for products, processes, standards, or business plans based on business strategy.

    What You'll Need:

    + To perform this job optimally, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.     + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 15+ years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + Independent judgment skills to determine methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for measuring success.

    + Ability to recognize and resolve situations of substantial significance in a field of expertise or knowledge.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Must be meticulously organized and have a masterful inquisitive approach.
