About the Role
As a Warehouse & Mail Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations related to warehouse logistics and mail services, ensuring timely and accurate handling of shipments and inventory. This role is part of the Supply Chain function, which is focused on optimizing the flow of goods and materials to support organizational efficiency.
You will be responsible for managing outbound product logistics, maintaining inventory records, and supervising staff to ensure compliance with operational standards. Your leadership will help streamline processes, improve service delivery, and support the broader goals of the supply chain team.
What You’ll Do
+ Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
+ Supervise, plan, and coordinate, inbound/outbound receiving schedules and oversee the workload.
+ Safeguard warehouse operations. Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols.
+ Audit delivered items with invoices. Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections. Check for contraband.
+ Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with a data storage system.
+ Understand accurate storage methods, identification, and stock location. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse.
+ Resolve problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
+ May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
+ Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
+ Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Warehouse & Mail Supervisor position is $31.25 per hour and the maximum salary for the Warehouse & Mail Supervisor position is $36.06 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
