    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    + Performs blood collection and specimen processing.

    + Assist with clerical duties as requested.

    + May perform waived or mod complex testing, if appropriate for the department organization.

    + Provide instruction for collection of non-blood samples. i.e. stool, urine, FIT, etc.

    + Works primarily in the lab specimen processing/intake department of the lab.

    Job Requirements

    High School Diploma/GED

     

    Preferred

     

    Phlebotomy program certificate

     

    Lab Assistant Program certification

    Pay Range

    $19.18 - $25.04 /hour
