We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee all operations at our Dallas, NC manufacturing site. The Plant Manager will ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of our specialty conductive plastics, meeting global quality standards and delivery targets.

Duties:

Lead and manage the manufacturing and supply chain operations at the manufacturing plant
+ Ensure organizational effectiveness, high performing individuals and seamless, strong team performance. Maintain and develop team spirit according to companies values.
+ Recruit, organize, develop, manage and supervise the organization and people.
+ Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality operations of the plant.
+ Develop the practices in Operations and technology and supply-chain.
+ Inventory and Working Capital management to optimize cash flow, secure high-quality input to the financial management & planning, and to plan production to serve the business goals.
+ Recommend plant investments to GM USA and manage approved projects.
+ Build and nurture relationships with supply chain resources at manufacturing and supply chain organizations.
+ Build image and awareness of organization capabilities by representing company in relevant local forums, associations, and stakeholder and customer meetings.

Position Requirements:

+ At minimum Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ At minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience in plant operations (chemical process manufacturing preferred).
+ Modern automation and hands-on experience on data-driven management.
+ Fluency in English, other languages a plus.
+ Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical, or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the public.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $38.46 - $57.70 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
