    NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

     

    Hybrid position to work from home and only 1 day in office per week required!!

    Premiums paid for:

    + Non-English language capacity

    + Experience

    + Select clinical specialties

    Qualifications:

    + Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required

    + Independent Clinical License within 2 years

    + Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus

    + Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!

    + Hybrid position – Must be able to work in one of our office locations 1 day a week.

    + Option of a traditional 5 day or 4 Day work week! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday!

    Compensation:

    + Full Time Salary: $64,000-$72,000
