Job Description:

• Physical Therapist – Weekend Role (Per Diem or Full-Time)

Schedule: 4 Days/Week Including 1–2 Weekend Days

•‍♀️ What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver direct patient care and evaluate functional needs

+ Develop and implement personalized care plans

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

+ Document evaluations, goals, and progress

+ Lead and mentor support staff

+ Promote physical therapy services in the community

• Requirements:

+ Graduate of an APTA-accredited PT program

+ Active, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

+ Willing and able to travel within the coverage area (50%)

+ Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

+ Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

• Reporting Structure:

You’ll report to the **Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designated leader** .
