    Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Change Management and Training Administrator to join their team. As a Change Management and Training Administrator, you will be part of the Enterprise Ways of Working organization supporting the deployment of the Tech Business Management Tooling Ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title:Change Management and Training Administrator

     

    Pay Range:$40.75

     

    Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

     

    No third part/No C2C

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and manage all aspects of instructor-led and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, WebEx setup, and calendar invitations.

    + Facilitate live, virtual instructor-led training sessions to ensure a smooth and consistent learner experience, managing participant interactions and recordings.

    + Track learner attendance and maintain accurate participant records for training sessions.

    + Collect and analyze participant data to generate insights on training efficacy and learning metrics.

    + Leverage LMS capabilities for e-learning delivery, including uploading content, managing assignments, and troubleshooting issues.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    + 2 - 5 years of experience in administrative, learning & development, or communications support roles.

    + Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools.

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Mural, Confluence, SharePoint).

    + Experience with visual design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
