As a **Security Officer - Lobby Concierge** in **Brisbane, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and assisting tenants and guests with professionalism and courtesy. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

+ Monitor access control by verifying identification and managing visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry to the location.

+ Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Communicate and collaborate with on-site staff and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and any unusual activity observed at the front desk.

+ Assist in emergency response activities by notifying appropriate personnel and facilitating communication during incidents.

+ Maintain a professional presence and provide information or directions to visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
