Our client, a leading organization in the legal industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Aged Requests Associate to join their dynamic team. As an Aged Requests Associate, you will be an essential part of the support team, ensuring efficient handling of older requests and maintaining excellent communication with clients and custodians. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Claims (** Aged Requests **)

**Location:** Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid - In-Office or Remote)

Pay Range: $22.00hr

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

+ Review and analyze older requests to determine the best course of action for completion.

+ Enter memos, demand letters, and schedule field workers to check request statuses in person.

+ Communicate with clients via email to inform them about the status of requests and gather guidance on next steps.

+ Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.

+ Maintain detailed records and documentation to support ongoing request management.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
